BARBECUE HAM, BEEF, PORK OR
MIXED
 
4 or 5 lb. chuck roast or pork roast
5 or 6 lg. onions
1 lemon
Salt
Black pepper
Vinegar

Cook roast and onions in pressure cooker for 45 minutes or several hours in a regular container. When meat is done (falling apart) mash or break meat apart thoroughly. Then add salt, black pepper and vinegar to taste. Cook slowly until mixture is the consistency desired either for sandwiches or to be served over rice. Turn off heat and stir in the juice of one lemon. Serves 12. This freezes well for use later.
