CURRIED FRUIT BAKE | |
1/3 c. butter, melted 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed 4 tsp. curry powder Mix together. 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices Maraschino cherries, drained Drain and dry well on paper towel. Layer fruit in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, peaches on top. Pour in butter mixture. Place cherry in center of each peach half. Bake 1 hour uncovered at 350 degree oven. May refrigerate and reheat 30 minutes if made ahead. |
