BAKED CURRIED FRUIT 
1 lg. can pears
1 lg. can pineapple
1 lg. can peaches
1 lg. can apricots
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. butter

Drain all fruit. Cut in pieces and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Melt butter. Stir in sugar and curry powder. Pour sauce over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
