SHOO FLY PIE 
Line 2 (9 inch) pans with pie crust, set aside.

3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. strong black coffee
1 c. molasses

Combine first five (5) ingredients together until crumbs form. Measure 1 cup and set aside. Add eggs, coffee and molasses. Mix well. Pour into the pie crust pans and sprinkle on top the crumbs which were set aside. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
