SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2/3 c. cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 clove garlic, scraped
1 grated onion
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine all but last 3 ingredients. Form into small balls. Brown. Place in covered casserole. Combine and heat soup, water and bouillon cube. Pour over meatballs. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve with cooked noodles.
