SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine hamburger, bread crumbs, salt, flour melted butter, and egg. Stir. Add milk. Stir. Shape into small meatballs. Brown meat balls in frying pan until brown on both sides.

Remove from frying pan. Put in 2 quart casserole dish. Pour soup over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes with cover on. Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes.
