CAESAR SALAD PIZZA | |
This was one of my favorite Olive Garden recipes until they took it off their menu! Now I make it at home. Very easy. You can make individual meals or meals for two. 1 pkg. already prepared pizza bread (individual size, Boboli makes some) 1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese 1 pkg. Caesar Salad mix (Romaine lettuce) whole black olives (marinated, leave whole) artichoke hearts (marinated, torn into smaller pieces) Ken's Caesar Salad dressing Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare the pizza by sprinkling the shredded mozzarella cheese on the pizza bread (no pizza sauce on the pizza). Bake in 350°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. When done, place pizza bread on a plate and spread about 1 to 2 cups Caesar salad mix on top of the pizza. Place olives and artichoke on the salad, then add about 1/8 cup of Ken's Caesar salad dressing (the BEST Caesar salad dressing out there, I think!) Enjoy! Submitted by: Amber Price |
