SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
Fresh garlic, chopped finely
Stuffing (about 1/2 bag), wet down
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all together and form into balls. Quick fry in oil, just to brown. Place in baking dish, 1 can cream of mushroom with a little water. Add meatballs and cover for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
