CURRIED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2-3 tsp. curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. herb stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter

Mix all ingredients well and shape into walnut size balls. Saute in skillet in butter or cook in microwave. Serve warm from chafing dish or freeze and reheat. 6 to 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
