FRENCH FRY CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup (about 1/2 can)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen French fried potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans

Place onion, green pepper and oil in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook in microwave oven on full power for 3-4 minutes or until onion and green pepper are tender.

Combine soups, mayonnaise and seasonings with onion mixture. Blend well.

Mix together potatoes and green beans. Spread in 2 quart utility dish. Pour sauce over potatoes and green beans. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven, covered, on full power, for 20- 25 minutes or until heated through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
