FRENCH FRY CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. frozen French fried potatoes
1 pkg. frozen cut green beans

Place onions, green pepper and oil in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook in oven on high for 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

Combine soups, mayonnaise and seasonings with onion mixture. Blend well. Mix potatoes and green beans together. Spread in dish. Pour sauce over potatoes and beans. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Bake in oven, covered, on high 20- 25 minutes, or until heated through.
