HAM-VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can French green beans, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. Town House crackers
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. deli ham, sliced thin and diced for casserole

In buttered casserole dish mix vegetables, ham, corn, beans, soup, onions, and cheese together. Crumble crackers on top, then melt butter and drizzle on top of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Freezes well.

So easy and tasty too... Made this recipe for my church potluck. Did not have much time too fuss after work with much prep and cook time. Everyone raved and wanted the recipe. This would also make a great RV/camping dish.

This makes a lot! I made this as directed except I made a boo boo and added an entire lb. pack of diced deli ham instead of the 1/2 lb. it calls for, but it was still very good. I divided it into two 8x8 square glass pans I have and made one for now and one for later since it is just two of us at home now. I will keep this recipe as it really is good and very quick to throw together. I think it would be good also to omit green beans and add English/garden green peas since I think green peas go well with ham. Thanks for sharing this.
