| COCA COLA PORK CHOPS | |

8 pork chops Salt and pepper to taste 1 c. ketchup 1 c. Coca Cola Brown sugar Place pork chops in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the ketchup and Coca Cola and pour over the chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until the chops are tender. | |

This idea was recommended in my favorite chat room. However, we have changed it in various ways As always, the cola and ketchup have to be reduced if I'm not making 8 pork chops we all love them and make them at least once a week. We do them in the crock pot and end up with "pulled pork" sandwiches on potato rolls. YUM!
