“CHRISTMAS CHEESE BALL” IS IN:

CHRISTMAS CHEESE BALL 
1/2 lb. natural Cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup pitted ripe black olives
1/2 cup dried beef
Dash of each onion, garlic, and celery salts

Combine all ingredients except dried beef into the container of a blender of food processor. Stop the machine and wipe sides with a spatula or pusher; process until smooth. Remove from container onto aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Shape mixture into a ball. Wrap up tightly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or may be prepared several days in advance.

Shred dried beef into blender container and chop by pulsing quickly on and off.

About 30 minutes before serving, remove foil from cheese ball. Reshape into a ball with hands; roll in dried beef until completely coated.

Makes about a 3-inch ball.
