1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook beef and onion; drain. Add salt and pepper. Pour into pie pan, sprinkle cheese. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high for 15 seconds. Pour into pie pan. Bake 30 minutes.
