SQUASH 
2 lbs. sm. patty pan squash
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen peas
2 tbsp. dried minced onion

Wash squash. Slice and place in a large saucepan. Cover with water. Cook until crisp. Add peas and onions. Cook until tender; drain and toss with butter (optional). Can be used as a garnish on a meat platter.
