KEY LIME CHEESE PIE 
4 egg yolks
1 can Bordens condensed milk
1/2 c. lime juice (bottled or fresh)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (9") graham cracker crust
Whipped cream or Cool Whip
2 drops green food coloring in cream cheese mix

Combine egg yolks, milk and lime juice. Add softened cream cheese and fold into milk mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
