BANANA SPLIT CAKE DESSERT

Mix:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter

Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.

Beat together:

1 c. soft butter
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
1 egg

Spread over cooled crust.

5 bananas

Cut lengthwise, dip in lemon juice and pat dry. Place on above mixture.

Spread:

1 (large) can of crushed pineapple over bananas.

Whip:

1 c. whipping cream

Spread over top.

Sprinkle on top:

1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Drained red maraschino cherries

Refrigerate several hours until well chilled. Delicious!
