CRAB STUFFED CHICKEN WRAPPED IN BACON
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed or fresh 1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature 1 (8 oz.) package flake style crab meat 1 lb. bacon strips paprika, to taste garlic powder, to taste salt and pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix crab, cream cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl with beaters until smooth, no large chunks of crab. Pound chicken breast to about 1/2 inch thick and spread 1/3 of mixture on top. Roll up chicken breast and wrap in 3-4 strips of bacon. Place in 9x13-inch casserole dish (I line my dish with nonstick Reynolds wrap, but it isn't necessary). Repeat for other 2 chicken breasts. I made this last night and it's GREAT! The filling was a little too much for 3 breasts.. I used 4 and still had a bit left over. Just a warning to anyone making this.. it's VERY FILLING.. don't plan too many sides unless you want a lot of left overs! :)

Thought it was very dry. I was disappointed. But I still gave 4 stars and left this recipe bookmarked as the filling was amazing. We had extra and kept it to eat on crackers and it was yummy! So I have simply re-filed into my dip category. Making it for my halloween party this weekend.
