CORN CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
2 cans creamed corn
1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated cheese

Saute onion and pepper in butter. Simmer remaining ingredients in saucepan for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often. Add onion, bell pepper and butter. Put in casserole dish and top with grated cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
