CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream style corn
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. bell pepper, diced
1 jar pimentos
1 sm. box Minute Rice, cooked
1 egg
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 stick butter

Saute onion and pepper in 1 stick of butter until tender. Mix with other ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Return to oven for 15 minutes. (Can be cut in half for smaller casserole.)
