2 lbs. stew meat
4 med. potatoes
2 onions
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 lb. can tomatoes
3 tbsp. tapioca
6 carrots, scraped

Quarter potatoes or cut in half (your choice). Cut onions in rings, chop carrots, mash up tomatoes or leave whole. Mix all in a Dutch oven. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours. Do not open or check.
