EASY OVEN STEW 
2 lb. beef for stew
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt, pepper, paprika
2 tbsp. salad oil
4 sm. onions
4 sm. carrots
4 sm. potatoes
1 c. sliced celery
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can water

Sprinkle beef with flour mixed with seasonings. Toss with oil in a 3-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Stir once. Add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste, tomato sauce and water. Cover, and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 3/4 hour.
