1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 c. Bisquick
2 cubes softened butter
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Fill ungreased miniature muffin tin 1/2 full. Bake until slightly golden brown at 325 degrees. Serve warm with tart jelly.
