CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 sm. chicken
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 pt. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. onion, chopped

Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours wrapped in foil. Cool. Debone and place in shallow dish. Mix mushroom soup, mayonnaise and water chestnuts and pour over chicken. Prepare stuffing according to package directions and mix with chopped celery and onions. Spread over chicken. Cover casserole with foil and bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and brown 10-15 minutes. Serves 6.
