HOT CHICKEN AND CHEESE ROLLS 
1 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
2 tbsp. sliced, stuffed olives
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
6-8 hotdog buns

Combine all ingredients, except buns. Slit buns and fill with chicken mixture. Wrap individually in foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. May be made ahead and refrigerated in foil until ready to heat.
