CHICKEN ROLL UP 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Shake and Bake mix
Home made stuffing
1 can Golden Mushroom soup

Make enough stuffing for 8 halves of boneless chicken. Cut chicken breast in half and pound the breast thin as you would do for veal cutlet. Place some stuffing in center of chicken breast. Roll the breast up and sprinkle with Shake and Bake. Place in pan and pour mushroom soup over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
