CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 lb. chicken
1 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag herb stuffing mix
Chicken broth

Cook and debone chicken. Place in baking dish. Mix milk and soup, pour over chicken. Moisten stuffing mix with chicken broth. Place on top of soup mix. Cover with foil. Place in 350 degree oven until it bubbles. Remove foil and brown.
