NEVER - FAIL CORN PUDDING | |
4 eggs 2 c. milk 1 can cream white corn 3/4 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Prepare casserole dish first. Melt butter in oven in casserole dish. Remove from oven to cool. Beat eggs, flour, salt and sugar well. Then add milk, corn and vanilla. Bake 1 1/4 hours in 350 degree oven, until set. May be served hot or cold. (Great luncheon vegetable.) Serves 8. |
