OVERNIGHT EGG BRUNCH 
1 box seasoned salad croutons
1 lb. ham, cubed (ground)
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter

Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Lay croutons on bottom of pan. Cover with ham and cheese. Beat eggs with milk and salt. Pour over ingredients in pan.

Melt butter and drizzle over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake covered with foil for 1 hour. Uncovered, bake 10 minutes in 325 degree oven. Serves 6-8.
