BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
12 plus eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Butter
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled

Scramble eggs in butter; cool. Fold in sour cream. Crumble bacon on top. Add cheese on top. Heat in oven. Serves 6 to 8. Can prepare a day ahead.
