BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
2 c. croutons, plain
1 c. natural Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Dash pepper
4 bacon slices

In bottom of greased dish, 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 inch, combine croutons and cheese. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings until blended. Pour over crouton mixture. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Sprinkle bacon crumbs on top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Garnish with bacon curls.
