EGG AND BREAD BRUNCH 
6 to 9 slices bread, cut into quarters and crust removed
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 eggs
1/3 tsp. salt
3 c. milk

Grease casserole. Lay bread on bottom and layer cheese and bacon over bread. Mix eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
