CROCK-POT PORK TENDERLOIN WITH APPLES | |
1 1/2 to 2 lb. pork tenderloin 4 large apples, cored and sliced 1/2 cup diced red onion 1 tbsp. Chinese Five Spice 1 cup chicken broth Place half of apple slices and half of the onion in bottom of Crock-Pot and sprinkle with half of the Chinese Five Spice seasoning. Add chicken broth. Place pork tenderloin on top of apple slices. Place remaining apple slices and onion on top of pork tenderloin. Sprinkle with remaining Chinese Five Spice. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until pork shreds easily with tongs. Mix shredded pork with apples and serve. Serves 6 Submitted by: Coley Bradley |
