LAYERED BANANA PUDDING
CHEESECAKE
 
PUDDING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. banana creme instant pudding
2 cups milk
2 bananas
1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers (Nilla)

CHEESECAKE:

1 prepared graham cracker crust (Keebler)
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare the pudding as per package instructions. After it sits, thinly slice the bananas and add to the pudding, carefully fold them in. Set aside.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well between. Add lemon juice (more or less) to your taste.

Add a layer of pudding mixture to the crust. Spread evenly, then add the crushed Nilla wafers to make a crust. Add the cheesecake mixture, spread evenly.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, then refrigerate, preferably overnight.

Feel free to garnish with Whipped cream, strawberries, or anything of your choosing, and enjoy!
