J'S EASY BANANA PUDDING
(NO-BAKE)
 
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip whipped topping
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
1 (5 oz.) pkg. jello instant vanilla pudding (family size)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 box Nilla vanilla wafers (Nabisco preferred)
4 large bananas

In a bowl, mix Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk and dairy sour cream together. Set aside.

In a separate bowl mix puddings, milk and vanilla extract until it thickens. Fold pudding into milk/cream mixture.

In an 8x8-inch (or 9x9-inch, etc.) plastic container line 2 to 3 layers of Nilla wafers on bottom. Next pour layer of mixture then layer sliced bananas and another layer of wafers. Repeat for desired number of layers.

Note: Cool Whip on top is optional but I add little of the mixture with the Cool Whip then crumble two to three wafers for the top garnishment.

Chill in refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
