CHICKEN WITH APPLES 
6 chicken breasts (halved and boned)
2-3 apples
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar

GLAZE:

1/4 c. white wine
2 tbsp. sugar
Juice and rind of 1 orange

Preheat oven to 325. Butter 9x13 casserole dish.

Place apples, raisins, sugar and cinnamon in dish. Salt and pepper chicken and place on top of apples. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.

Prepare glaze: Combine ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Brush glaze on several times. Cook for 30 minutes. To serve spoon apples and raisins over chicken. Serves 4-6 people.
