DIABETIC - PORK CHOPS WITH
APPLES
 
4 lean cut pork chops
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 med. cooking apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Brown pork chops and onions. Combine water, bouillon, and pepper. Add to meat. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Skim off fat. Add apples and cinnamon to mixture. Cover and simmer for 15 more minutes. Serve hot.
