 Cathy (New York) says:
Excellent recipe. Meat was tender and apples and spices were just the right amount. Great recipe for 6-8 and I baked them (8) in a roasting pan covered with foil.

This was excellent !! I used thick pork chops and they came our tender and moist. The leftovers tasted even better the next day. I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone who loves apples and pork together. Great company dish.

This recipe does sound delicious. Can any apples be used?

Best pork chops we ever had! Used thick chops that were on sale. They were moist and tender and delicious! Used some rather bland apples we had on hand, but next time we'll use Granny Smith's.
This recipe bolted to the top five of the things we will make and enjoy the most!!
