PORK CHOP BAKE WITH APPLES AND
ONIONS
 
2 1/2 c. apple slices
2 c. sliced onions
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. ketchup
6 pork chops, 3/4" thick
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper

Arrange in casserole in alternate layers of apples and onions. Combine sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Lay chops on apples and onions and pour ketchup mixture over all.

Cover and bake in 375°F oven for 1-1 1/2 hours.

Makes 6 servings.
