SHRIMP DEJONGE 
1 pkg. (1 lb. 5 oz.) shrimp, peeled & deviened
2/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 chopped garlic clove
1 tbsp. dehydrated parsley flakes
1/3 c. dry sherry wine
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 1/2 c. coarse bread crumbs

Cook shrimp according to package directions. Place in 1 layer in shallow pyrex baking dish. Combine butter, garlic, parsley flakes, wine and pepper. Pour over shrimp. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or longer. 6 servings.

I would just like to comment on this recipe. It sounds very good EXCEPT I would definately not cook the Shrimp twice. 15-20 minutes in the oven is enough time to cook them. Cooking first and then again would tend to make the shrimp tough and flavorless in my opinion. I'm going to try this recipe cooking the shrimp only once and let you know.
