SPAGHETTI CHEESE ALMONDINE 
8-10 oz. spaghetti, broken sm. pieces
1/3 c. butter
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch pepper
Seasoning of choice - thyme, cumin, rosemary, basil, etc.

Cook spaghetti by package directions. Melt butter in large pan. Saute almonds in butter. Add spaghetti, cottage cheese, salt; toss over low heat until cheese melts and all ingredients are heated through. Season with your favorite herb.
