SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
Lettuce torn into bite size pieces
1 pkg. frozen green peas, uncooked
1 med. purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Layer lettuce, peas, onions, eggs and most of crumbled bacon (save some for garnish). Combine sugar and mayonnaise and place this on top of layers. Top with cheese and sprinkle with remaining bacon. Refrigerate for 2 hours in covered container.
