APPLE PORK CHOPS 
1 lg. baking apple
1 lg. onion
3/4 c. pancake syrup
4 lg. pork chops
Salt and pepper

Cut 5 thick apple and onion slices and alternate them in the bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then pour pancake syrup over apples and onions. Place pork chops on top of apples and onions and smear with Dijon mustard on chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
