I baked these cookies for a craft fair and couldn't stop eating them. In my oven with a thermometer, the temp was 350°F and I baked for 11 minutes. They were golden brown and almost crispy to taste. Delicious! Thank you for the recipe.

The recipe was good, I have made it twice. First time I used butter instead of shortening, the second one I used butter and added raisins which was super yummy. They are really easy too make and clean up was quick.

Makes a ton of cookies that are gluten free and dairy free (we used dairy free butter). Cooked them 15 minutes.

I had to write a review after trying this recipe. These are the best tasting oatmeal cookies! I too was concerned about the taste without flour, but they are chewy, yet crunchy with a very good taste! Awesome recipe!. My family loves them!

Reason I made these was the "out of flour" situaition. I couldnt imagine how cookies would turn out without flour. But in fact they were delicious. I did add a little chocolate syrup and about 4 1/2 cups oatmeal vs 5.

I have to eat gluten free and these cookies are the best for my diet! I made a few changes: I substituted butter for shortening, added 1 cup mini chocolate chips, and baked for 14 min. instead of 11. Thanks for the great original recipe!

Just made these with my 3 yr old daughter. Simple and delicious. I baked them for 11 min and they were perfect. I thought about adding chocolate or raisins, but these were delicious without any extras. Also, I ran short on peanut butter and added 1/2 almond butter. Made them even more rich. Fantastic.

I didn't have flour at my house so I tried these out. They turned out great. The cookies were thin and extremely chewy. I baked them for around 16 minutes on 325°F and used around 4 to 5 used packets of oatmeal (regular and cinnamon/apple). Delicious!! 5*
