NO FLOUR OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. oatmeal

Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, peanut butter and mix well. Add other ingredients. Roll into balls and press down on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. These freeze well.
