“HAMBURGERS WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE” IS IN:

HAMBURGERS WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1 pound beef chuck, ground
2 teaspoons salt
2-3 tablespoons grated onion
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons light olive oil
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk

Mix ground beef, salt, onion, pepper, and garlic; form into patties. Sauté in light olive oil until well browned on both sides. Combine soup and milk; mix until smooth. Pour over hamburgers. Cover; cook 10 minutes.
