BROCCOLI - CORN BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine all the above except cheese and place in 1 quart casserole. Top with more butter and crumbs and grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered 35 to 40 minutes.
