BREAKFAST EGG AND SAUSAGE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. sausage
2 sliced bread, cubed
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard

Brown sausage and drain grease. Spread bread cubes in buttered 12x8 baking dish. Top with sausage and cheese. Combine egg, milk, and seasoning. Beat well and pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
