BREAKFAST SAUSAGE AND EGG
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. sausage (crumbled, cooked & drained)
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices bread, crumbled
1 c. grated cheese
3 tbsp. onions (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam (butter flavored is best). Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Serve with 1-2-3 rolls, hash brown casserole and fresh fruit. This makes a great brunch for holiday guest.
